What’s Included

Meals

At our retreat, food is fuel.

All meals are thoughtfully designed and prepared with fresh ingredients from local farms. Each dish will be made with fresh vegetables, fruits, and sustainably sourced proteins.

We believe that eating well is one of the highest forms of self-care. That’s why we have carefully selected ingredients that are tasty and good for you.

We are happy to accommodate any dietary preferences.

Every meal is included in the retreat price.

We are staying in a beautiful cabin in the Pocono Mountains.

This stunning home has all of the relaxing views you need for a weekend getaway.

We offer different room options for every preference.

This fully renovated house has every wellness thing you can imagine - fire pit, outdoor picnic area, balcony, and a relaxing hot tub.

Wellness Workshops

We are going beyond relaxation and offering a weekend full of wellness workshops to enrich your mind, body, and spirit.

These workshops will give you the tools and practices you can carry into your daily life.

What You’ll Experience:

  • Guided Journaling Sessions: Unwind and reflect through guided writing sessions that will help you actually move the needle on your goals.

  • Dance Workouts: Let’s get energized and have some fun. Exercise doesn’t need to be boring.

  • Stretch Classes: Flexibility is one of those things that if you don’t use it, you lose it. We will start our mornings with restorative stretches to help you find balance and release tension.

  • Circuit Training: Challenge yourself in these strength-building sessions suited to all fitness levels.

  • Wellness Workshops: To help you optimize your life in every dimension of wellness. Think outside of just the physical. We’ll get into your emotional health, intellectual health, and more.

  • Each day has a thoughtfully designed schedule to give you the best 3-day experience.

    You can expect activities from morning to evening in every dimension of wellness.

    There will be time set aside for enjoying meals and relaxation so don’t you worry!

    Check-in will be at 10:30am on Friday, June 26.

    Check-out will be at 12:00pm on Sunday, June 28.

  • Payments can be broken up into 2 payments. The first payment of $500 will lock in your spot. This payment is considered your deposit and is non-refundable. The remainder of the balance is due 4 weeks after your deposit.

    If you prefer, you can also pay in full.

  • While it is fun to come with a friend or family member, you absolutely can come solo! This retreat will connect you with women with similar interests. If you are open-minded and ready to connect, this retreat is for you!

  • All fitness levels are welcome! Every workout and activity will have modifications specifically tailored for you to get a great experience.
