Once you sign up, we will do a 1 on 1 strategy session to customize your plan. This is your time to meet with Cass (certified personal trainer + nutritionist) and identify your goals, obstacles, injuries, etc. to make sure this plan is suited for you.

Varying from 3-5 days a week of strength training and a daily step goal, these workouts are science-backed to give you the results you want.

With beginner, intermediate, and advanced tracks, this challenge is fully personalized to suit your needs.

Weekly Meal Plan + Grocery List

You’ll get access to a full database of healthy recipes - breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, and desserts - all high in protein and healthy ingredients!

Once you select your meals for the week, you can download a grocery list, making this process simple and easy!

3 Daily Non-Negotiable Habits

Based on your strategy session, we will determine 3 daily habits that you want to focus on in these 8 weeks. From water to sleep to screen time to entrepreneurship, you can set these habits to fit your goals and lifestyle.

With this challenge, you’ll get access to our app where everything is located! In the app you’ll see:

  • your weekly meal plan

  • the full recipe library
